ADHD Assessments with Care, Clarity, and Understanding

Because your story is more than a diagnosis

Are you wanting to understand yourself more deeply, make sense of lifelong patterns, or explore why everyday tasks can feel feel harder than they should be.

You might notice challenges with focus, organisation, time awareness, or feeling mentally overwhelmed often linked to differences in executive functioning.

For many adults, these experiences can be confusing, frustrating, or impact confidence and relationships.

The journey toward understanding can feel even harder when long waiting lists leave you without clear answers or support.

Supporting people who feel stuck in that waiting space is one of the reasons I became an ADHD assessor.

As a qualified ADHD assessor, therapist, and ADHD coach, I provide comprehensive adult ADHD assessments aligned with NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) guidelines, ensuring a thorough, ethical, and clinically informed process that looks beyond symptoms to understand you as a whole person.

Assessments are available in person at my private clinic in Stockton Heath in Warrington (Cheshire) or online across the UK, offering flexibility and accessibility wherever you are based.

Following diagnosis, you also have the option to continue working with me through ADHD-informed therapy or coaching.

This kind of ongoing, personalised support is something many people find invaluable and it is not typically available within NHS assessment pathways.

There is never any obligation, only the opportunity for continued guidance if it feels helpful.

You’re warmly invited to book a free 20-minute discovery call to explore the assessment process, ask questions, and decide what feels right for you.

No pressure  just a supportive conversation.
