Counselling

During our sessions you will be encouraged to talk about your feelings and emotions to help you gain a better understanding of yourself. The therapeutic relationship will give you a safe space to be your authentic self without judgement or criticism.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

CBT aims to help you deal with overwhelming problems in a more positive way by breaking them down into smaller parts. It focuses on current problems rather than issues from the past. Learning how to change negative thought patterns will improve the way you feel and as a result, change your behaviours. It is particularly effective with anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias and PTSD. The work will provide you with a tool kit to take forwards with you through life.

Coaching

In our coaching sessions we can identify your goals, overcome obstacles, and create actionable plans to achieve personal growth, fulfillment, and success in all areas of life.

My Approach

Working in this way means that I draw upon a number of different approaches in my work with clients, depending on what each individual needs.

I believe the client is the expert of their own world, and everyone has an inner ability to change and grow.

My aim is to empower and motivate you to make the changes you wish to make in life.
