Adult ADHD Assessments

Our comprehensive Adult ADHD assessment process includes the following:

​

1. Initial Consultation
An introductory meeting to explore your needs and determine the suitability of an assessment.

2. Full Diagnostic Assessment
A structured assessment lasting up to 4 hours, delivered either in a single session or split into two shorter sessions, depending on your preference.

3. Detailed Diagnostic Report
A comprehensive written report outlining findings, clinical impressions, and personalised recommendations.

4. Feedback Session
A follow-up appointment to review the report, discuss the results, and explore next steps and support options.

All assessments are conducted by a fully qualified assessor with both professional expertise and personal experience of neurodiversity. The process is aligned with NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) guidelines to ensure the highest standard of care.

A Personalised Plan: We’ll identify your unique ADHD symptoms and challenges, and I’ll design a coaching plan tailored specifically to your needs.

Ongoing Support: Sessions can be scheduled regularly to provide consistent accountability, encouragement, and adjustments to your strategies.

Practical Tools & Resources: From productivity hacks to emotional self-regulation tips, I’ll equip you with everything you need to move forward with confidence.

A Judgment-Free Zone: ADHD isn’t a flaw—it’s simply a different way of thinking and processing the world. I create a space where you can feel understood, respected, and empowered.

£70 per session. Sessions are 1 hour in duration.

Alternatively block 6 sessions for £350 (saving you £70)
